How is my bike assembled?

Since 2007, professional experts in the sector assemble all orders according to the configurations of each customer.

What is the assembly time?

On average we need 3 hours to assemble a bicycle, each order is different and therefore no assembly line is used. An experienced mechanic will take care of the entire assembly process.

Once assembled, your bike will go to the test area where another mechanic will check all the parts while performing quality and safety tests to assure you, as a customer, that the highest standards of quality control are carried out.

How long is the waiting queue?

The average assembly queue time is two days, at specific moments it can be up to 7 days, but during the whole process you will be informed by the system of the status of your order or assembly.
