R.X275 Pro
Rotwild R.X275 Pro - The Athlete
You make the difference. Because you take every climb personally as a challenge. You push the limit a bit on every descent. You can do that with the R.X275. When the hurdles come, you activate the boost button. It's the linchpin of Rotwild's new light trail bike. Developed to give you permanent control over the eAssist. This is the motor support in the R.X275 for your biological rhythm. Everything else is controlled by the specially programmed motor control software. It maintains the exact balance between your body's performance and the eAssist. You select your mode once and keep it on the trail. The energy of up to 250 watt hours comes from the Integrated Power Unit (IPU). The battery is designed to be optimally integrated into the down tube. Modern 21,700 cells enable us to create a light, compact layout with new technology. The intelligent energy storage system precisely delivers the specified amount of energy to the motor. This enables precise power assistance for different riding situations. The battery weighs a light 1,400 g.
HighLights:
- Frame: Full Carbon, hand made, from high modulus Carbon fibres

- Battery: IPU275 / 250 Wh / Carbon / 4 A charger
Boost Button
We positioned the Boost button perfectly on the handlebar and integrated it harmoniously into the cockpit. Press it for a maximum of 30 seconds and it delivers up to 300 watts of extra power. For the obstacles, for sprinting out of the curve, for the climb on the trail. Until you need it again. The rest is controlled continuously by the eAssist.
Short Travel Kinematics
The short travel kinematics with 130 mm travel in the front and 120 mm in the rear make the handling agile and provide grip on any surface. The new Linkage is light, very compact and impresses with high stiffness. We have precisely calculated the spring characteristic curve of the rear triangle in simulations and matched them with field test experiences.
High Modulus Carbon
The frame of the R.X275 is made of full Carbon from high-modulus fibre. It is handmade from around 580 Carbon cutting pieces and weighs 1,893 g as a raw frame. This offers higher stiffness values with absolutely optimised weight. (Images shows model with different equipment)
Motor
HPR stands for harmonic pin-ring gear. The absence of conventional gears and belts saves weight and enables the compact design around the bottom bracket area. It offers you up to a maximum of 50 Nm of torque and weighs 1,850 g.
Integrated Display
We took the display out of direct view. It is integrated in the center of the top tube. Here you will find the most important information and data. All performance settings are made in the app for your mobile device. Changing modes on the handlebars while riding - that's not the way to ride your R.X275. Rear Suspension
The rear triangle is stiff, but at the same time highly dynamic. By using flexible Carbon seat stays, we can do without additional rear stay bearings and thus save additional weight. With the 437mm chain stays we create compactness in the rear triangle.
UDH hanger
With the R.X275, for utilize the universal UDH derailleur hanger. The hanger is standardized and the position is precisely defined. In this way, we ensure consistent and optimum shifting behavior. We also simplify the replacement of derailleur hangers. Do not worry about the appropriate spare part in case of damage.
